We stayed 2 nights because our cruise ship was delayed coming to the port due to bad weather. Marlo was nice when we checked in and out. Also big shout out to McKenzie Cole for all the accommodations even with a full hotel. He was super friendly and polite. Good stay. Represents to company well! He even took our picture!
I’m Brandon with NEATS Towing & Repair Llc I recently traveled from Arkansas to attend the Baltimore Tow Show in 2025. I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore. The front desk staff was exceptionally courteous and checked me in slightly earlier than my scheduled arrival time. As I had driven from Arkansas, they assisted me with the check-in process, eliminating any potential delays. The room was immaculate and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. I intend to rebook with them for next year’s Tow Show.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Walking distance to where we wanted to go. Special shout out to Sheila and Marlo. They were very accommodating. They made recommendations and provided directions to various places that we were interested in. They were always pleasant throughout our stay.
We booked here because. It was next door to the Horseshoe Casino. The staff were friendly and courteous room was nice quiet and clean. The water pressure was a little low in the shower but not enough to complain about. Continental breakfast was great. Would have been nice to have a walkway between the hotel and casino but walking even late at night we had no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again if we travel this way again
The front desk staff are excellent. At check in, there was a desk agent that was so sweet, I was convinced that she was made of sugar. What a refreshing experience. Upon check out, a man accompanied by a housekeeper, chatted me up as I began my departure process. Both were extremely nice people. Overall I'd say it was a great experience. The overall hotel was clean, as well as my room. I must say that the customer service was the highlight of my visit. When you have a staff that exercises stellar customer service, you can rest assured that if anything happens during your stay, they'd be happy to accommodate to make sure your visit is a decent one. Great employees at this hotel! They get 5

Our semi-truck broke down, and we stayed here for three nights. Our room and bathroom were immaculate, and the cleaning staff were so sweet and tentative! Diamond was so friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay! Will definitely stay again if we're in town!
